Cuit entier, bas et lent dans un bouillon de poulet aux aromates et \u00e0 l'\u00e9rable. Nous les finirons avec de l'aneth frais.<\/p>\n

\n3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sirop d'\u00e9rable
\n4 zestes de citron
\n1 tasse de bouillon de poulet
\n3 gousses d'ail (pel\u00e9es et \u00e9cras\u00e9es)
\n1 pouce de gingembre (pel\u00e9 et brunoise)
\n1 brin de romarin
\n4 brins de Thym
\n2 feuilles de laurier
\n2 morceaux d'anis \u00e9toil\u00e9
\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d'huile d'olive
\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de beurre
\n1\/4 pc Citron (jus)
\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sumac
\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de feuilles d'aneth (cueillies)
\nSel et poivre au go\u00fbt<\/p>\n
\n-Placez-les dans une sauteuse ou un faitout.
\n-Ajouter l'ail, les zestes de citron, la brunoise de gingembre, les \u00e9pices et herbes, l'huile d'olive, le sirop d'\u00e9rable, le beurre et le bouillon de poulet et baisser le feu \u00e0 moyen.
\n-Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre
\n-Couvrir d'un cartouche et cuire jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les carottes soient al dente.
\n-Terminer la cuisson des carottes \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert et les glacer avec le jus de cuisson r\u00e9duit, d\u00e9glacer avec le jus de citron.
\n-Mettez les carottes dans une assiette et garnissez-les avec le sumac et les feuilles d'aneth.
