Je vais \u00eatre honn\u00eate, ce sont peut-\u00eatre les meilleurs cookies de tous les temps. Le m\u00e9lange parfait de moelleux et de croquant, sucr\u00e9 avec une pointe de sel et bourr\u00e9 de chocolat.<\/p>\n
Maintenant que nous avons une base d\u00e9licieuse, nous allons ajouter des bonbons au chocolat pour en faire le cookie le plus \u00e9pique jamais r\u00e9alis\u00e9 (ok peut-\u00eatre que je suis biais\u00e9).<\/p>\n

\n-Ajouter les \u0153ufs, racler les bords pour que tout se m\u00e9lange, m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau.
\n-Placer les ingr\u00e9dients secs dans le bol et m\u00e9langer jusqu'\u00e0 consistance lisse.
\n-Ajouter le chocolat et m\u00e9langer pendant une minute.
\n-Portion de boulettes de 50 gr ou\u00a01\u00be oz et \u00e9talez-les.
\n<\/span>-Tapotez-les l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec 2 doigts, coupez les chocolats en plus petits morceaux et ajoutez des morceaux de bonbon au chocolat sur le dessus de chaque biscuit.
\n-Laisser reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour raffermir pendant 15 min.
\n-Cuire \u00e0 350\u2109<\/span>\u00a0, pendant 11 minutes.
\n-Placez-les sur une grille pour refroidir.
