Aujourd'hui, nous pr\u00e9parons un plat qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans la Rome antique (c'est-\u00e0-dire pas hier). Cet ap\u00e9ritif a \u00e9t\u00e9 popularis\u00e9 au fil des ans en Am\u00e9rique du Nord et en Europe.<\/p>\n
C'est aussi le premier plat que j'ai appris \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole de cuisine. Une entr\u00e9e facile \u00e0 faire et peu co\u00fbteuse.<\/p>\n
L'oeuf farci ou oeuf mimosa a \u00e9t\u00e9 sur de nombreuses tables et plateaux de f\u00eates, notamment dans les ann\u00e9es 60 mais il est toujours appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 de nos jours. Il a connu diff\u00e9rentes versions, de la plus simple \u00e0 la plus fantaisie avec de la truffe et du caviar.<\/p>\n
La version d'aujourd'hui est assez classique avec l'ajout d'oignons verts et de jus de yuzu.<\/p>\n
