Je ne suis g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas fan du gla\u00e7age mais celui-ci doit \u00eatre de loin mon pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9.<br \/>\nLa profondeur de saveur et l&#039;\u00e9quilibre sont assez irr\u00e9els.<\/p>\n<p>C&#039;est aussi un super facile \u00e0 faire que je sais que vous appr\u00e9ciez toujours.<br \/>\nOk, allons cuisiner, allons-nous\u00a0? Et Bon App\u00e9tit !<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2434\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/chefromainavril.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/images.jpeg?resize=445%2C594&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"445\" height=\"594\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Donne 16 \u00e0 20 brownies<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gla\u00e7age \u00e0 la stout et au caf\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/2 tasse (115 gr) de beurre non sal\u00e9<br \/>\n2 tasses (240 gr) de sucre glace<br \/>\n3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe (45 ml) de Guinness r\u00e9duite (commencer par 9 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe ou 135 ml)<br \/>\n1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5 ml) de poudre d&#039;espresso<br \/>\n1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (2,5 ml) de p\u00e2te de vanille<br \/>\n1\/4 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (1,75 ml) de sel<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans une petite casserole, faire r\u00e9duire la Guinness d&#039;1\/3 et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<li>Dans votre batteur sur socle avec le fouet, battez le beurre \u00e0 haute vitesse jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;il soit lisse et cr\u00e9meux.<\/li>\n<li>Ralentir le batteur et ajouter le sucre glace, lorsqu&#039;il est lisse ajouter la Guiness, la vanille, le sel et la poudre de caf\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>S&#039;il est trop \u00e9pais \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt, vous pouvez ajouter une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 ou 2 de lait.<\/li>\n<li>Placez le gla\u00e7age dans une poche \u00e0 douille avec votre douille pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Pochez vos p\u00e2tisseries et comme toujours Bon App\u00e9tit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salut mes P&#8217;tits croissants!
