\u00e9pais, mettre l&#039;huile et le beurre et faire suer l&#039;oignon sans le colorer.<\/li>\n<li>Saler et poivrer, ajouter l&#039;ail et cuire 25-30 min en remuant de temps en temps.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une fonte, br\u00fbler les moiti\u00e9s d&#039;oignon des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9glacer avec le vin rouge et r\u00e9duire presque \u00e0 sec.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter l&#039;oignon br\u00fbl\u00e9 et flamber au cognac. Remuez souvent.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire encore 2 minutes et ajouter le bouillon de boeuf.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire \u00e0 couvert pendant 2 heures \u00e0 feu doux.<\/li>\n<li>Retirer le couvercle et ajouter les herbes et laisser cuire encore une heure.<\/li>\n<li>Terminez la soupe avec le vin de X\u00e9r\u00e8s et rectifiez l&#039;assaisonnement si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<li>Jetez les herbes et remplissez le bol \u00e0 t\u00eate de lion.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser 2 tranches de pain sur la soupe, garnir de fromage.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre au four \u00e0 feu vif et faire cuire la soupe jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;elle soit dor\u00e9e et croustillante.<\/li>\n<li>Bon app\u00e9tit!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salut mes P&#8217;tits Croissants!
