C&#039;est une ode \u00e0 mes amis ukrainiens.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant assez bavard\u00e9, allons cuisiner !<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2460\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/chefromainavril.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_5972.jpg?resize=589%2C693&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"589\" height=\"693\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/chefromainavril.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_5972.jpg?resize=255%2C300&amp;ssl=1 255w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/chefromainavril.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_5972.jpg?resize=869%2C1024&amp;ssl=1 869w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/chefromainavril.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_5972.jpg?resize=768%2C905&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/chefromainavril.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_5972.jpg?resize=600%2C707&amp;ssl=1 600w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/chefromainavril.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_5972.jpg?w=1284&amp;ssl=1 1284w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 589px) 100vw, 589px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p>4 poitrines de poulet<br \/>\n6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe (85gr) de beurre<br \/>\n3 gousses d&#039;ail (\u00e9minc\u00e9es)<br \/>\n3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de persil (hach\u00e9)<br \/>\n1 tasse (120 gr) de farine AP<br \/>\n2 gros \u0153ufs (battus)<br \/>\n2 tasses (100gr) de chapelure Panko<br \/>\nSel et poivre au go\u00fbt)<\/p>\n<div class=\"section-body elementFont__body--paragraphWithin elementFont__body--linkWithin\">\n<div class=\"paragraph\">\n<ul>\n<li>Dans un robot culinaire, mixer l&#039;ail et la pinc\u00e9e de sel jusqu&#039;\u00e0 consistance lisse; ajouter le persil puis le beurre dans le m\u00e9lange d&#039;ail et m\u00e9langer jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Placez-le dans une poche \u00e0 douille \u00e0 gros embout rond.<\/li>\n<li>Papillonner et assaisonner les poitrines de poulet avec du sel et du poivre. Placez 2 couches de pellicule plastique l&#039;une sur l&#039;autre et placez la poitrine de poulet dessus.<\/li>\n<li>Pocher 2 lignes du m\u00e9lange de beurre au centre de chaque poitrine de poulet.<\/li>\n<li>Rouler le poulet sur lui-m\u00eame \u00e0 l&#039;aide du film plastique. Enveloppez bien chaque &quot;saucisse&quot; de poulet.<\/li>\n<li>Transf\u00e9rer dans une assiette et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer au cong\u00e9lateur jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que les fonds fronc\u00e9s tiennent ensemble et soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fermes, environ 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Fouetter la farine et 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel ensemble dans un bol peu profond. Fouetter les \u0153ufs ensemble dans un autre bol peu profond. Verser la chapelure panko dans le troisi\u00e8me bol.<\/li>\n<li>Retirer les saucisses de poitrine de poulet de la pellicule plastique. Pressez-les doucement dans le m\u00e9lange de farine pour les enrober; secouez tout exc\u00e8s de farine. Tremper dans les \u0153ufs battus, puis presser dans la chapelure. Placer le poulet pan\u00e9 dans une assiette; couvrir d&#039;une pellicule plastique et remettre au cong\u00e9lateur pour refroidir jusqu&#039;\u00e0 consistance ferme, environ 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Chauffer l&#039;huile dans une friteuse ou une grande casserole \u00e0 350 degr\u00e9s F (175 degr\u00e9s C). Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 400 degr\u00e9s F (200 degr\u00e9s C). Tapisser une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>En travaillant par lots, placer le poulet, c\u00f4t\u00e9 fronc\u00e9 vers le bas, dans l&#039;huile chaude et cuire jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;il soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9, environ 1 minute de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Transf\u00e9rer le poulet sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie pr\u00e9par\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 pendant environ 12 minutes ou enti\u00e8rement cuit.<\/li>\n<li>Servir aussit\u00f4t, couper le poulet en deux et laisser le beurre couler.<\/li>\n<li>Bon app\u00e9tit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salut mes p&#8217;tits croissants!
