Ce dessert est assez simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et se conserve longtemps. Il existe plusieurs versions de l&#039;origine du dessert, mais qu&#039;il s&#039;agisse de l&#039;empire ottoman, de la Turquie ou de la Perse. Je suis ici pour l&#039;honorer du mieux que je peux<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez faire diff\u00e9rentes combinaisons de saveurs et utiliser diff\u00e9rentes noix. (En remuant de temps en temps).<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e8s l&#039;\u00e9bullition, retirez du feu et incorporez l&#039;eau de rose.<\/li>\n<li>Transf\u00e9rer dans une tasse \u00e0 bec verseur et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Baklava:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n340gr (3 tasses) Pistaches crues non sal\u00e9es (garder 1\/4 tasse de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour la garniture)<br \/>\n500gr\/ 2-3 paquets ou 30 feuilles de p\u00e2te filo<br \/>\n340gr (1 1\/2 tasse) Beurre clarifi\u00e9 non sal\u00e9<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans un robot culinaire, mixez les pistaches jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;elles soient finement hach\u00e9es. Mettez-le de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Badigeonnez un moule 13\u00d79 avec le beurre clarifi\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez la p\u00e2te phyllo \u00e0 la bonne taille pour qu&#039;elle tienne parfaitement dans la po\u00eale.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrez les draps avec une serviette humide pour qu&#039;ils ne s\u00e8chent pas.<\/li>\n<li>Badigeonnez un peu de beurre clarifi\u00e9 au fond de la casserole et placez une feuille de phyllo vers le bas et badigeonnez-la avec plus de beurre clarifi\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l&#039;op\u00e9ration avec 7 autres couches (en badigeonnant avec le beurre clarifi\u00e9).<\/li>\n<li>Compl\u00e9ter avec 1 tasse de pistaches moulues et r\u00e9partir uniform\u00e9ment.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9talez 6 autres feuilles de p\u00e2te phyllo dans le moule. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter le m\u00eame processus. Compl\u00e9ter ensuite avec une autre tasse de pistaches.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9ter avec 6 autres feuilles et recouvrir avec les pistaches restantes.<\/li>\n<li>Superposez les 10 derni\u00e8res feuilles de phyllo et r\u00e9p\u00e9tez le processus, mais N&#039;AJOUTEZ PAS de beurre clarifi\u00e9 \u00e0 la feuille du dessus (essayez de garder les plus belles feuilles pour cette \u00e9tape).<\/li>\n<li>Compressez les couches avec vos mains, tout en \u00e9tant doux et ne les \u00e9crasez pas mais en vous assurant qu&#039;elles sont belles et uniformes, ainsi qu&#039;en supprimant toute poche d&#039;air potentielle.<\/li>\n<li>Couper le baklava en diamants. Faire 5 coupes verticalement et 8 en diagonale.<\/li>\n<li>Badigeonner le beurre restant sur la surface, soigneusement.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire au four \u00e0 300\u00a0F pendant environ 90\u00a0minutes ou jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;il soit dor\u00e9 et croustillant (faites tourner la po\u00eale de 1\/2 \u00e0 travers.<\/li>\n<li>Versez le sirop de rose sur les lignes de coupe d\u00e8s que vous sortez le moule du four.<\/li>\n<li>Garnir le centre de chaque morceau d&#039;une petite pinc\u00e9e de pistaches.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante environ 2 heures, puis couvrir de papier d&#039;aluminium et laisser refroidir et 8 heures suppl\u00e9mentaires.
