Aujourd'hui, \u00e0 l'approche de la f\u00eate des p\u00e8res, j'ai eu envie de faire un plat pour mon papa. Et comme il est breton, on va faire une galette de sarrasin (Galette de sarrasin).<\/p>\n
Ce plat a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 au XIIIe si\u00e8cle apr\u00e8s le retour du sarrasin des voyages en Asie. Et vous devez savoir maintenant (si vous me connaissez), que j'ai une histoire d'amour avec tout ce qui touche \u00e0 la France et \u00e0 l'Asie.<\/p>\n
