Ce dessert vient de Savoie, de France et plus particuli\u00e8rement de Chamb\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ville du centre-est de la France a cr\u00e9\u00e9 cette d\u00e9licate boule de ganache au chocolat enrob\u00e9e de poudre de cacao. Il se marie bien seul ou avec un caf\u00e9.<br \/>\nVous pouvez en fait les enrober de tout ce que vous voulez, j&#039;ai fait de la noix de p\u00e9can \u00e9cras\u00e9e et de la feuilletine ainsi que du cacao.<\/p>\n<p>Ok comme toujours trop de conversation pas assez de cuisine.
