Le poulet cordon bleu.<\/p>\n<p>Je sais que vous avez demand\u00e9 des recettes plus simples qui sont parfaites pour les jours de semaine, donc celle-ci convient parfaitement. Ce plat a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en Suisse au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 40.<br \/>\nUne poitrine de poulet, pan\u00e9e, farcie de jambon et de fromage. Et r\u00e9p\u00e9tez le processus avec chaque sein.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez un poste \u00e0 paner, dans cet ordre, farine, \u0153ufs (fouett\u00e9s) et panko.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 375F et pr\u00e9parez une frite peu profonde, en portant l&#039;huile \u00e0 350F.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9posez chaque blanc de poulet dans chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment, et revenez pour un second bain dans l&#039;\u0153uf puis la chapelure (cette m\u00e9thode s&#039;appelle le double batteur, cela permettra d&#039;avoir une belle \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et le fromage de ne pas s&#039;enfuir.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez le processus avec eux tous et mettez de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Faites dorer les cordons bleus de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 et placez-les sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte d&#039;une grille.<\/li>\n<li>Placer le plateau au four pendant 14 minutes ou jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que le poulet atteigne 165F.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser reposer 3-4 min et servir.<\/li>\n<li>Bon app\u00e9tit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome back my Franchizz!
