Alors faisons un funnel cake, une p\u00e2te croustillante et d\u00e9licieuse<\/p>\n<p>Recouvert de sucre glace, de confiture fra\u00eeche et de glace Watalappam du glacier Ksira de mon ami Roshan.<\/p>\n<p>Bon, assez parl\u00e9, allons cuisiner ! On y va?<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2517\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/chefromainavril.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Unknown.jpeg?resize=720%2C403&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"403\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau en entonnoir<\/strong><br \/>\n1 1\/2 (375 ml) de lait<br \/>\n2 gros \u0153ufs<br \/>\n2 tasses (500 ml) de farine AP<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (5 ml) de levure chimique<br \/>\n1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (2,5 ml) de cannelle moulue<br \/>\n1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (2,5 ml) de sel<br \/>\n3\/4 tasse (175 ml) de sucre glace<br \/>\n1 litre d&#039;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale (pour la friture)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garnitures<\/strong><br \/>\n6 boules de glace Watalappam<br \/>\n12 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de confiture de fraise<br \/>\n6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre glace<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chauffer l&#039;huile \u00e0 375 degr\u00e9s F (190 degr\u00e9s C) dans une po\u00eale \u00e9paisse.<\/li>\n<li>Battre le lait et les \u0153ufs ensemble dans un grand bol. M\u00e9langer la farine, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te, la cannelle et le sel dans un bol s\u00e9par\u00e9; incorporer au m\u00e9lange d&#039;\u0153ufs jusqu&#039;\u00e0 consistance lisse.<\/li>\n<li>Utilisez votre doigt pour couvrir le trou de l&#039;entonnoir\u00a0; verser 1 tasse de p\u00e2te. En commen\u00e7ant au centre de la po\u00eale, retirez votre doigt et d\u00e9placez l&#039;entonnoir dans un mouvement tourbillonnant pour faire un rond de 6 ou 7 pouces.
