Aujourd'hui nous r\u00e9alisons un Aligot de pomme si d\u00e9licieux. Pour faire simple, c'est une pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre au fromage, proche d'une fondue de pommes de terre.<\/p>\n
En provenance de l'Aubrac, au sud du Massif central. Ce plat est excellent pendant les mois d'hiver.<\/p>\n
Il est cens\u00e9 \u00eatre fait avec de la tome fra\u00eeche. Malheureusement, il est tr\u00e8s difficile d'en trouver ici au Canada, alors je l'ai eu pour le remplacer par du gruy\u00e8re vieilli et un peu de mozzarella fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n
C'est toujours tr\u00e8s d\u00e9licieux, et tellement ringard. Quoi qu'il en soit, assez bavard\u00e9, allons cuisiner, d'accord\u00a0?<\/p>\n
