Une douceur aux allures de nid d&#039;abeilles, assez simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.<br \/>\nSoyez prudent, car nous cuisons du sucre \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Remuez fr\u00e9quemment jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit dissous et que le m\u00e9lange arrive \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-15135-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Une fois que le m\u00e9lange commence \u00e0 bouillir, fixez votre thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 bonbons et ne remuez plus.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-15135-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Sans remuer, cuire \u00e0 300\u00b0F (149\u00b0C).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Une fois que le m\u00e9lange atteint la temp\u00e9rature, retirez imm\u00e9diatement du feu et incorporez votre bicarbonate de soude (attention\u00a0! Il va faire beaucoup de bulles).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-15135-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Le m\u00e9lange commencera imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 mousser, remuez jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que le bicarbonate de soude soit compl\u00e8tement combin\u00e9 et que la couleur devienne dor\u00e9e, mais ne remuez pas trop ou vous finirez par d\u00e9gonfler vos bonbons et n&#039;aurez plus de trous.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-15135-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Une fois que la mousse s&#039;arr\u00eate et que le bicarbonate de soude est dissous dans le m\u00e9lange, \u00e9talez-le dans le moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9.
