La p\u00e2te sera toujours l\u00e9g\u00e8rement collante mais devrait toujours \u00eatre g\u00e9rable avec vos mains.<br \/>\n-Ajouter de la farine si n\u00e9cessaire.<br \/>\n- Arroser g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement un grand bol propre d&#039;huile d&#039;olive et utiliser un pinceau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie pour brosser les parois du bol.<br \/>\n- Saupoudrez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vos mains de farine et formez votre p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza en une boule ronde et transf\u00e9rez-la dans votre bol badigeonn\u00e9 d&#039;huile d&#039;olive. Utilisez vos mains pour rouler la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza le long de l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du bol jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;elle soit recouverte d&#039;huile d&#039;olive, puis couvrez le bol herm\u00e9tiquement avec une pellicule plastique et placez-le dans un endroit chaud.<br \/>\n- Laisser lever la p\u00e2te pendant 30 minutes ou jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;elle ait doubl\u00e9 de volume.
